He's the Richard And Judy of our times.

With the rise of billionaire Mark Zuckerberg's book club and the subsequent stream of book submissions floating in from all corners of the internet, we've decided to join in too.

After some very serious consideration, we have determined that the following pop autobiographies warrant inclusion in his next book club. We believe that each one meets the Zuckerberg standard, which includes books which "emphasise learning about new cultures, beliefs, histories and technologies” .

You're welcome, Zuck.

1. Westlife: Our Story

This was truly the literary emotional rollercoaster of our times. Oh how we laughed, how we cried. Unmissable, unbreakable.

Pop Autobiographies

"The book will chronicle the band’s story from the grass-roots of Sligo, Ireland to multi-platinum records, celebrity collaborations and chart achievements. But bubbling under this public face is a private and unseen story never before recorded, crammed with candid personal revelations, including of course the departure of Brian McFadden.

"Westlife have been a staple part of British entertainment for years, yet the public has no idea of the astounding life they have led – and still live – behind the headlines and soundbites."

2. Miley Cyrus: Miles To Go

A classic.

Pop Autobiographies

"Almost overnight, Miley would rocket to superstardom, becoming a television and singing phenomenon. Quiet days were replaced with sold-out concerts, television appearances, and magazine shoots. But through it all, Miley has remained close to her family and friends and has stayed connected to the Southern roots that made her so strong."

3. One Direction: Who We Are

With Niall, Liam, Zayn, Harry and Liam, we truly became one.

Pop Autobiographies

"For the first time, the boys’ loyal fans will be given an unprecedented insight into all of it, from their humble beginnings and lives before the X Factor, to recording their first single, touring the world, winning awards, breaking records, and much, much more."

4. Rod: The Autobiography

Rod autobiography

"Rod’s is an incredible life, and here, thrillingly and for the first time, he tells the whole thing, leaving no knickers under the bed. A rollicking rock ’n’ roll adventure that is at times deeply moving, this is the remarkable journey of a guy with one hell of a voice – and one hell of a head of hair."

5. Justin Bieber: First Step 2 Forever

The Free Wall Poster was amazing.

Pop Autobiographies

"In his very first book, complete with free wall poster, Justin will tell the story of his amazing journey from small-town schoolboy to global superstar. Stunningly designed and jam packed full of exclusive unseen photos of Justin on and off stage, plus private captured moments, the awesome story of Justin's phenomenal rise to superstardom is a must-have for any true fan."

6. Britney Spears' Heart To Heart

"American singing sensation Britney Spears and her mom talk about life, love, fame, and following your dreams.

"Britney Spears makes success look simple. As Brit will tell you, though, success is hard work--you need talent, belief in yourself, and someone else who believes in you. For Britney, that person has always been her mother, Lynne Spears, who is not just Britney's mama but also her best friend."
