Here's Absolutely Everything That Happened At The American Music Awards

What. A. Night.
Last night was the American Music Awards, and everything was fierce.
Winning artists and nominees alike rocked the stage and took us on a rollercoaster of emotions - from fear, to heartbreak, to "did their butts just touch?"
Here's a roundup of our favourite bits.
Taylor Swift opened with a live re-enactment of her crazy "Blank Space" video - with added crazy.
Last night Taylor took home the Dick Clark Award for Excellence, and it's plain to see why from her opening act alone. Extra wide eyes, burning roses, super strength and LEGS FOR DAYS - Tay's performance set the bar for the night, and you won't want to have missed it.
Tay got her chill back and took a seat - until Lorde took the stage.
Lorde popped out of a box during 'Yellow Flicker Beat' and gave one of the fiercest performances of the night.
While no awards came her way last night, there's no denying the teen singer-songwriter has been dominating recently, with this track being the main single for her self-curated soundtrack for 'The Hunger Games: Mockingjay'.
One Direction performed - and Zayn is back!
Looking AMA-ZING.
In fact the whole band looked and sounded on-point as they sang their new single "Night Changes".
And despite rumours they're not getting on, the guys still had time for a group hug after they took home THREE awards - Favourite Band, Favourite Pop/Rock Album and Artist Of The Year.
Selena Gomez broke everybody's hearts.
Pretty much everybody in the world has a clue about what (and who) Selena's "The Heart Wants What It Wants" is about. And this stunning performance from her managed to set us all off into a heartbroken wreck.
And of course, Taylor was feeling everything for all of us.
Imagine Dragons played, and everyone bobbed along a little awkwardly.
But white people in the audience aside, the band put on an electrifying performance, solidifying the choice to award them with Favourite Alternative Rock Artist.
Finally, Iggy Azalea and Jennifer Lopez had a moon landing.
After beating out rival Eminem for Best Rap/Hip Hop Album, Iggy and J-Lo closed the show with a live performance of 'Booty' - and their butts got real friendly.
It was an excellent show, but as everyone gets pumped up for the Grammys in February, we can't wait to see what comes next.
