Queen Bey gets her "Eye Of The Tiger" on for the anniversary of Michelle Obama's "Let's Move!" campaign.

If you were ever curious about how Beyoncé stays in such great shape despite her insanely busy life as a global superstar/mother, the answer has been revealed: her workout routine is done at 300 times the speed of the average human.

Okay, that might be slightly untrue. But Bey did manage to compress five of the most important components of her routine into an Instagram video posted last night.

This week marks the fifth anniversary of the "Let's Move!" campaign, a fitness initiative headed by First Lady Michelle Obama, to encourage young people in the United States to be more active and combat obesity. The anniversary is being marked with #GimmeFive, a challenge where people show five new ways they're staying fit.

Beyoncé's #GimmeFive was a super-speedy montage of five different exercises, set to the iconic "Eye Of The Tiger", because of course.

Pal Michelle even dropped by to offer some encouragement, before sharing the video on her own profile.

Plenty of other celebrities have been inspired by the challenge as well, promising to show us their workouts. Anybody excited to see Nick Jonas do his fitness thing?

The First Lady also banters with the President about the event, in this video explaining the #GimmeFive project. These two are honestly the cutest Presidential couple ever and if you disagree you're wrong.

If you've been inspired to #GimmeFive, you're gonna need a soundtrack. Try Bey's original video for "Move Your Body" with Swizz Beats, the official song of the "Let's Move" campaign.
