Khloé Kardashian accepts the People's Choice Award for Favorite Reality TV Star

"Even Arya Stark hasn’t worn as many faces as Khloe Kardashian."

Khloe Kardashian has debuted a new look on social media (again) and her fans can't quite believe how different she looks.

On Monday (Nov 16), Khloe shared a video of herself accepting her People's Choice Award for Favourite Reality Star of 2020. She said: "I honestly and truthfully, no bullshit, cannot believe that you guys picked me. Like, you guys did this. You picked me to win a People's Choice Award and that means more to me than anything else."

However, instead of focusing on her words, many couldn't believe how different Khloe looked.

This isn't the first time Khloe has been accused of dramatically changing her looks. In May, the Keeping Up With The Kardashians star shocked the internet after sharing an Instagram photo of herself looking remarkably different. And in September, Khloe was accused of "cosplaying as Beyoncé" after campaign images for her collaboration with a makeup brand were released.

Khloe hasn't properly addressed the constant speculation about her changing looks (although she did joke about having a "weekly face transplant") but it's possible she applied a filter to her video, making her face appear more elongated than usual.

Not that it's our business, but Khloe has previously opened up about having thought about having a nose job. In 2016, Khloe told Cosmopolitan: "If I felt like I wanted one, I would've. And if I want to do something, I’ll totally do it – I don’t care and I’ll be the first one to say, 'Look what I just did! This is my doctor, let’s do an interview with him and give me the free nose job!'" Two years later, Khloe was asked if she had a nose job in an Instagram post, and she replied: "One day I think I’ll get one because I think about it every day. But I’m scared so, for now, it’s all about contour."

Khloe has also confessed to having had facial fillers in the past but she has since had them dissolved. Speaking to plastic surgeon Dr Terry Dubrow on her show Kocktails with Khloe in 2016, she said: "It did not work for me. I looked crazy, and I still think the effects are in there – I went to have it all dissolved like three times."

She added: "My face was so fucked I had to go and get this whole thing dissolved. It was a bummer and now I'm afraid to do it again. And I'm almost like, I swear things are still in my face."
