America has finally gotten in on the charity extravaganza that is Red Nose Day where millions donate money for amazing children's causes around the world.
In the spirit of giving and cute things involving Ed Sheeran, Kermit The Frog got to join in on a performance with the award winning singer-songwriter. The pair performed Kermit's classic hit, "Rainbow Connection" and it couldn't have been any cuter if they tried.
