Tynomi Banks spills the tea in the Drag Race Yearbook.

Tynomi Banks came to Canada's Drag Race with a big reputation as one of the finest queens in the country, but on the show, things played out a little differently than she would have hoped.

After a few weeks languishing in the bottom two, it all came to a head in last week's episode with the judges tearing into Tynomi and her teammate Ilona's outfits. The judges comments did not go down well with fans, who felt like they (and Jimbo) had adequately satisfied the challenge's demand for a cohesive fashion line.

That lead to one of the most dramatic episode endings in Drag Race herstory.

Once backstage, many of the queens were in tears, especially Ilona who ended up taking her frustrations out on teammate Jimbo. Then, for some reason, they were all suffering from hypothermia, wrapped up in blankets complaining about the cold (more on that in a moment). Unfortunately, Tynomi and Ilona were picked to lip sync for their lives, and the pressure really got to Ilona, who initially refused to lip sync against her friend. It was... a lot.

But it also made it all the more surprising when Ilona finally agreed to do the lip sync and she SLAYED the house down. Both Tynomi and Ilona were sickening, giving the judges a tough call to make. Eventually, they decided to save Ilona, much to the dismay of Tynomi's fans.

We caught up with Tynomi last week to get her to spill the tea on her shock elimination and why everyone was freezing backstage, and then we asked her to nominate her fellow queens in the Drag Race Yearbook. Who does Tynomi think is the best lip syncer? Better smash that play button to find out.
