Her Jool's Holland performance was utterly transformative.

These days, a spirited vocal performance is hardly enough to keep an audience engaged. There is the element of singing, followed by a choreographed number, and even some cartwheels a la Fergie

However, none of that was a possibility for Florence who broke her foot at Coachella 3 weeks ago. You might think that hindered her performance but this is freaking Florence Welch that we're talking about. So, no. It didn't. 

Her sit down show did give new meaning to her lyric: "I was on a heavy tip. Trying to cross a canyon with a broken limb." Which makes me wonder if she broke her foot on purpose for the album promo. Just some light conspiracy theories to get your day going. 

Flo put on such a spirited performance that you would have never guessed she was seated the whole time unless you watch the footage.
