Moral of the story: If you hate glitter, don't make a business that requires having a lot of glitter.
It's hardly been more than a day since the internet caught wind of Send Your Enemies Glitter, a form of sparkly revenge that truly lies in the realm of Chaotic Evil.
But since the site's viral explosion over the past couple of days, that no doubt resulted in thousands of orders, the site's creator is having... just a few regrets.
After suspending orders on the site, due to the sheer volume of people who apparently really hate other people and want to glitter-bomb them in the face, site founder Mathew Carpenter eventually arose from his glittery tomb to make a plea on review site ProductHunt for people to stop.
As you might expect, the internet's response was less than sympathetic.
The pressure of glitter-bombing people across the world seems to be a lot more than Mathew signed on for, as yesterday he caved and elected to sell the site via Twitter.
ShipYourEnemiesGlitter with 1m visits, 270k social shares, $xx,xxx in sales, tonnes of people wanting to order. 24 hours old. For sale.

But this isn't as tragic an ending as it seems, as it appears within a day Mathew has already found a buyer willing to fulfil all of his orders. As of today, the site is already back up and running, and taking orders to glitter-bomb the horrible people in your life once more. And better yet - the price for sending glitter has now dropped to just $4.99.
GLITTER FOR EVERYONE.
