This has got us pumped for the singer's debut "Bad Lands".
Halsey is definitely on our list of new pop obsessions and, with her debut album Bad Lands due out on 28 August, the singer is drip feeding us with amazing tracks.
The latest cut to be shared is "Americana" and we're getting serious Lana vibes in the best way possible.
Marching drums and pounding bass layer around Haley's cold voice as she laments the state of America and bigs up a new generation of people that are shaping the US of A.
While comparisons to Rihanna's "American Oxygen" and Lana's "National Anthem" are bound to occur, it's refreshing to see a young artist like Halsey singing about the changing social state of her country from the perspective of someone who is actually living it.
Also, we're totally obsessed with Americana culture and anything that plays up to that is a-ok with us!
