So, um, how old were you when found out Ariana Grande and Cardi B were the same age?

Do you ever hear a fact that sounds wild when you first hear it and then sounds even WILDER the more you think about it? Try this one on for size. The internet has just realised that Cardi B and Ariana Grande are the same age and it's actually freaking people out.

Yes, my brain also processed this like a 2006 dial-up connection trying to buffer a two minute YouTube video. Which is to say, it took me a while.

Let's assess the facts, shall we?

Cardi was born in October 1992 and Ariana was born in June 1993.

This means that, despite what you probably thought before, Cardi is a mere EIGHT MONTHS older than Ariana Grande. Like @motelsiren said on Twitter, it's a lot to process.

It's unclear why exactly this piece of information is so hard to absorb, but people on the internet had similarly bewildered reactions.
