Avril Lavigne Meme

The 'Replaced By A Lookalike' meme will honestly making you question everything.

As you've already probably heard by now, Avril Lavigne is dead (she's not dead) and her record label hired a look-a-like called Melissa to replace her (no they didn't, Melissa doesn't exist.) It is truly one of music's most dramatic (made up) storylines.

A few days ago, someone unearthed the legendary age-old 'Avril Lavigne Is Dead' conspiracy theory and started a thread on Twitter that went viral. People started sending "new evidence" to the original thread and everyone started freaking out. And now, it's spawned a massive meme that will have you questioning absolutely everything you thought you knew.

You're all panicking about Melissa but...

WHERE IS THE LIE?!

This one isn't actually a thread but damn, they make a good point.

The receipts are there. Disney can't be trusted.

I don't know about you but it feels like there's more than just the forces of magic at play here.

Ok but this one even goes in depth on Peter's Aunt may and honestly, it's so convincing.

Bob's body has yet to be found...

If no one had pointed this out, we wouldn't have noticed.

Can confirm.
