Colouring books are back in a big way, particularly for adults.

While their popularity among adults has been slowly on the rise for some time, a significantly broader audience started to take notice when recent research suggested that colouring books can potentially reduce anxiety and increase mindfulness, leading to mental health benefits. It's even got Justin Bieber's seal of approval!

 

I colored this its dope Cuz I actually sat down for 30 min and finished I never can sit still for that long so it's an accomplishment, yes this took me 30 minutes haha I know I suck Don't judge me

Essentially, it's a great activity to take your mind off things and help with your creativity. But if you can't bear to tear yourself away from social media for 30 minutes, then a Californian company, Color Me Book, have a novel solution for you.

For about $25 you can use their custom colouring book service which will converts five of your hot insta snaps into line drawings and put them into a handy book. 

You could actually have a lot of fun with this. For example, I am very tempted to buy a book of my own selfies and then give them to a friend for their birthday.
