New meme formats are a dime a dozen, but even we have to admit that Twitter's use of the "stairs meme" is kind of great. People are tweeting characters in a formation that looks like a stick figure kicking another stick figure down a flight of stairs.

It's been used to signify the brutality of one thing being far superior to another thing. ie. Carly Rae Jepsen giving the boot to Mozart.
