Why is this just very cute and nice?

If you've ever encountered a Twitter bot, you'll know that they can't be inherently good or evil on their own. I've encountered bots that tweet out racist threats and others that tweet out Drake lyrics. Well, in case you're not necessarily interested in Drake lyrics or, um, racism, you can check out milder bots. Like the aptly named @selfcare bot that tweets out little messages of support designed to quell anxiety.

The bot was created by twitter user @jonnysun to calm him and others in these very dark days.

Tiny care bot tweets cute lil reminders like "take a deep breath", "text your friends", "go for a walk" etc.

The bot may have been made soothe one user in particular, but 30k+ people so far have decided that it's definitely helpful.
Twitter may have its issues but it is still a place where cool people can create cool things to help others.

You go tiny care bot!
