This meme is here to show you that we’re not so different after all.

In this day and age, we find ourselves divided on so many topics. Politics, music, TV shows - let’s face it, there’s nothing we agree on. [Ed – except that 'Joanne' is Lady Gaga’s best album, RIGHT!?]

However, there are some things that bring us together. Some things in this world that cause people from opposite ends of the internet spectrum to politely nod their heads in agreement, no bitchy comments or indirect tweets required. And thus, I give you, the solidarity meme.

You see, we as humans are split into factions. Perhaps you are part of the goth community, the K-pop army, or you’re simply a normie. You may think you are nothing alike, that you have nothing in common. And that, my dear, is where you’d be sorely mistaken. This meme is here to show you that we’re not so different after all.

Here are some of the strangely wholesome iterations to warm your cold, dead heart… with solidarity.

What, pray tell, unites us as a nation?

(P.S. you can say you don’t like Paramore but literally nobody will believe you).

One song to rule them all.

“WAKE UP, wake up, GRAB A BRUSH AND PUT A LITTLE MAKEUP, grab a brush and put a little makeup.”

R.I.P. to a solidarity icon

*Don’t forget conspiracy theorists

Remember when they said Infinity War would be the crossover event of the century?

Think again boo.

Iconic

@ Olly Alexander, we’re looking at you.

And if you haven’t related to any of the memes yet:

Do you feel included now?

Honestly? Tea.

It's times like this that I think it’s weird how we can’t all just get along.

A 2000’s fashion staple

Or, you know, a 2018 staple for some of y’all (no judgement here).
