Adam Ray Okay revealed that he had plastic surgery but he didn't confirm what procedure he had undergone. In December 2020, Adam tweeted his before-and-after photos, captioned: "a little self luv & plastic surgery." It was later revealed Adam had weight loss surgery and a procedure to remove excess skin.
