"Why does Arianna Grande look like a goddess with a low ponytail and I literally look like a founding father?"
The internet's favourite dangerous woman is officially back. Ariana Grande returned this week with an iconic lead single called "No More Tears Left To Cry". Not only did Ariana release your new favourite jam, the singer also graced fans with new visuals, directed by Dave Meyers, a frequent collaborator of Kendrick Lamar's.
With Ari's new era came a bold switch up. Her aesthetic is noticeably different and this almost certainly means the music is going to be phenomenal. Ariana has officially lowered her iconic ponytail and the internet has a LOT of feelings.
First and foremost, the fans were shook.

They knew Ari's new aesthetic meant something iconic was on the way.
And there were plenty of "founding father" jokes to be made.

How come when Ariana Grande wears a low pony tail it's beautiful but when I do it I look like a founding father... pic.twitter.com/Pvt5dAwK8M— Myleah (@MyleahhWoods) April 20, 2018
Of course, the internet's resident contrarians were eternally frustrated that people cared about Ari's ponytail while not giving similar consideration to the "real issues" of the day. However, it is a fact universally acknowledged that a person can be aware of two different things at the same time. So, those people can probably relax with their sudden interest in current affairs.
