GQ Magazine declared that Bootcut jeans are *apparently* making a comeback but the internet's memes indicate this might be up for debate
The internet has been hit with news that bootcut jeans may be making a comeback and people aren't taking it lightly. Simon Cowell may be partial to a bootcut jean, but the internet wants you to now that it is not. Judging by the memes and debate this declaration has caused, bootcut jeans for 2019 may not be a foregone conclusion.
Men's bootcut jeans are characterised by a slight flare at the bottom, making them a must-have item for every middle aged father's wardrobe. But, according to GQ, bootcut jeans are poised to make their triumphant return.
Naturally, people on the internet couldn't let a statement like "bootcut jeans are making a comeback" stand without inserting their own thoughts and memes.
People found the bootcut prophecy to be quite sinister.

Only time will tell whether we'll soon be seeing the likes of Ezra Miller and Jaden Smith rocking an off duty bootcut jean look, but at least now you can't say you weren't warned.
