Have you ever felt like you just need to tell a someone to not bother you with their problems? Well, we have the meme for you.

Twitter really is the social media platform that has it all – political content, life advice and the best memes. Today's offering is a bit of the latter two because a text message has gone viral this week and created a new meme.

It all started with a tweet from activist Melissa A. Fabello. The tweet included a template of a message to send to someone that has reached out for your help, but you don’t have the space to support them.

The message reads: "Hey! I’m so glad that you reached out. I’m actually at capacity/helping someone else who’s in crisis/dealing with some personal stuff right now, and I don’t think I can hold appropriate space for you. Could we connect [later date or time] instead/Do you have someone else you could reach out to?"

The thread goes on to explain that while it's important to support your friends, there should be a mutual understanding that sometimes you simply haven't got it in you to deal with other people's problems at that time.

It appears that the majority of people weren't happy with Melissa's savage response, though. Of course there's nothing wrong with saying that you’re not able to help a friend that may need support, but the message is just a touch on the cold side.

The tweet has now inspired memes from people who have reached their capacity with just about anything.

Come back to me on this.

Screaming.

Shots have been fired.
