These Lil Nas X and Billy Ray Cyrus memes will make you yee-haw like you've never yee-haw'ed before.

Lil Nas X's 'Old Town Road' has officially become the number one song in the US and the memes are out of control.

After going viral on TikTok, Old Town Road started climbing the 'Hot Country Songs' Billboard chart. The song got even more attention when it was pulled off the Country charts in March by Billboard, who deemed that the song did not "embrace enough elements of today’s country music to chart in its current version." (You can read a full explainer on the song here.)

Anyway, the decision to remove the song from the chart caused huge backlash - and that's where Billy Ray Cyrus comes into play. After hearing about the removal, he jumped in his yee-haw mobil, drove to the studio and laid down some country vocals fire enough to set your whole farm alight.

A week later, the original 'Old Town Road' version was reinstated on the charts and is now the number one song on Billboard's 'Hot 100' and Twitter is still overflowing with memes.
