Thanks Twitter.

It's truly been a rough year for us all and nothing lifts the internet's spirits and unites nations quite like a viral meme. Case in point: coronavirus vaccine memes that gave us all just a little bit of hope.

There's a new meme on the block now, though, and it's really exploded on Twitter. Basically, Twitter recently added the warning label "this claim is disputed" to tweets that the platform believes contain misinformation.

Now, you've probably seen that US President Donald Trump has been hit with a fair few of those recently after claiming that the election was rigged to make Joe Biden win without a shred of evidence.

Well, people have now jumped on the wave and are whacking their own "this claim is disputed" fact-checking labels on their tweets making it the latest meme of 2020.
