Bretman Rock also said that fans have been coming to his house to ask for photos while he's mourning his father.
Bretman Rock has opened up about the loss of his dad and how fans showed up at his father's funeral uninvited this week.
Two weeks ago (5 Nov), Bretman explained to his fans that his dad was in the hospital. He wrote: "I just found out my dad is in a critical condition and is in a coma now...sorry I’m just kinda taken back and taking time for myself and family!!" He later confirmed (7 Nov) that his dad had passed away. Since then, Bretman has taken a step back from YouTube and his social media accounts to mourn and spend time with his family. He's still active but he's posting less regularly than usual.
Most people have respected Breman's privacy during this time but now he's revealed that some fans have crossed a line.
Taking to Twitter today (Nov 20), Bretman tweeted: "Can people just let me be sad for onces.... I’m here in the Philippines for my dad who just passed, don’t come to my house and ask me for pictures.. so many people showed up to my dads funeral uninvited and started taking pics of my dad and my family.. Like why? It’s common sense [sic]".
He then added: "I just don’t understand why people think it’s okay to ask me for pictures when my eyes are literally swollen from crying ... how you you gonna say “condolences , can we take a picture ? [sic]". It goes without saying that people should leave Bretman alone. No one should be treated this way no matter how famous they are.

Bretman also took to Instagram to share some photos of him crying. He wrote: "I just wanted to document these pics of me crying... to remind y’all that it’s okay to cry... bad bitches can cry too."
