In October, the Dobre Brothers received backlash for their attitude towards an excited fan.

James Charles is currently busy with the release of his new James Charles x Morphe Mini Palette – but he still found time out of his schedule to troll the Dobre Brothers. James created his own version of the viral clip of the Dobre Brothers meeting fans and it's actually hilarious.

In case you're not up to speed, the YouTubers were criticised for their low energy interaction with an excited fan during their tour. A fan had her picture taken with them and they could barely raise a smile. And the worse part is that she actually paid for it, with ticket prices going up to whopping $599 for VIP.

The Dobre Brothers apologised though, blaming "exhaustion" from their tour for their lacklustre meet and greet.

James is known for his high energy fan meets, which often end up with him singing for the crowd, and at the time James called the Dobre Brother out. He tweeted: "What the actual fuck is this?" Well, now he's going one step further and trolling the YouTuber pranksters.

James headed to the Brea Mall in California for his own meet and greet following the release of his second palette collaboration with Morphe. There, he decided to recreate the viral moment.

In a video shared to Twitter, a fan walks up to James and his crew to take photos whilst they stare off into the distance completely uninterested. After a few snaps, the fan walks off and says "sorry". When she leaves, everyone erupts into laughter and James gives her a hug.

"We just wanted to apologize," he wrote alongside the clip. "After a long 48 hours of restless filming and touring then meeting thousands of fans with no sleep we were exhausted by the end of our show. Our true apologies. We are sincerely sorry." Beneath his video, James also commented "Couldn’t be me omg" in reply to a fan who said that this has happened with a lot of influencers.

Shade has been thrown.

James has been using the internet to his advantage this weekend and trolling anyone and everyone. After backlash for his palette (which is exactly the same as his old one just smaller, FYI) he hopped on Twitter and announced he would be releasing a medium-sized palette too.

You can't deny, James has jokes.
