Jeffree revealed his musical aspirations on Trisha Paytas' podcast.

2020 is going to be a ridiculously busy year for Jeffree Star. The YouTuber is releasing his third Blood Sugar palette for Jeffree Star Cosmetics and he's confirmed a makeup collaboration with a huge star. And, as if that weren't enough, Jeffree Star has now promised to release some new music. Yep, having a hugely successful beauty brand, marijuana business and merch company wasn't quite enough for Ms Jeffree Lynn.

As you know, Jeffree got his start on MySpace. He started making music and sharing it on the social media platform and released his debut solo album Beauty Killer in 2009. The album actually peaked at number 7 on the US Billboard Top Electronic Albums chart and his track 'Lollipop Luxury' even includes a verse from Nicki Minaj.

In 2010, he signed to Konvict Muzik with plans to release a second album and was branded as "the next Lady Gaga". Sadly, it was never released and Jeffree began focusing on his beauty brand.

Well, it would seem he's ready to take a leap back into the music world once again. Speaking to Trisha Paytas on her The Dish With Trish podcast, Jeffree said he'll be dropping some serious bops next year.

"Okay, I was going to try and release a single this year and life got so busy and so much shit happened," he explained. "My mum's been really sick and my two dogs dying, all this stuff happened […] but I would love to and I think next year is the perfect time. I have all the decks lined up."

That won't be the only thing we'll be seeing from Jeffree either. He also revealed that he would like to release a book… and star in Sons of Anarchy. He continued: "I would love to be a best-selling author but I would also like to be on a Netflix show like Sons of Anarchy, play a character that isn't like me, not Jeffree."
