The ShanexJeffree Conspiracy palette and collection crashed the jeffreestarcosmetics Shopify site within minutes. "You guys broke the site" Jeffree Star posted as his collaboration with Shane Dawson trended on Twitter and sold out nearly everywhere else.
The wait is over. After months of anticipation and suspense, the ShanexJeffree Conspiracy palette and collection is finally available for purchase. Fans eagerly awaited the November 1 launch date and when the collection was finally released, the demand for it caused technical issues for fans everywhere. In their quest to get their hands on the Conspiracy collection, fans crashed the Shopify site and many were unable to complete their orders for hours after the launch.
The Conspiracy collection includes 18 shades in the eyeshadow palette, a mini controversy palette with 9 shades, 6 liquid lipsticks, a clear gloss, makeup bags, a tracksuit and more. All the highly anticipated items have been made available through Jeffree Star stockists including Morphe, Beautylish, Beauty Bay and more. They were also able to purchase from the jeffreestarcosmetics website.
Minutes after Friday's launch, Jeffree Star tweeted that fans had "crashed the site" as it became clear that their Shopify site was having issues processing orders.
Jeffree and Shane were apologetic as complaints rolled in from fans unable to complete their purchase orders. Shane tweeted that he felt like he was going to "puke" over the drama.
Before the full #shanedawsonxjeffreestar collection could even go live, you guys broke the site 😭😱 Not all of the products went live when we launched.. We are currently fixing all issues on our end and praying that @shopify can get back on track shortly 🐷— Jeffree Star (@JeffreeStar) November 1, 2019

Fans reported waiting for hours to try and secure their items.
This is so frustrating #Shopify I’ve literally been trying to spend $425 on makeup for over an hour. @shanedawson @JeffreeStar at this point I’m not even sure I want it anymore 😞🥺 pic.twitter.com/T5cnWaOpVB— Mikayla Snow (@MikaylaSnowYT) November 1, 2019
2.5 hrs of waiting and I got one!!! Don’t give up yet guys!! #ShaneDawsonXJeffreeStar— Jo C (@jo_c55) November 1, 2019
Fans also saw the funny side of the situation.

Shane and Jeffree undoubtedly filmed all of the launch day chaos, which we'll definitely see on Shane's channel (hopefully sooner, rather than later).
Later on Friday, Jeffree tweeted that "every single unit of the #ConspiracyPalette has sold out" and, indeed, many online retailers have run out of Conspiracy collection stock including Morphe, Beautybay and Jeffreestarcosmetics.com. Hopefully the restock comes quickly!
