The Try Guys have addressed Ned Fulmer's departure from the group in a new video discussing his actions and their future.

Last week (Sep 27), The Try Guys announced that Ned Fulmer had left the group after rumours spread that Ned had cheated on his wife and photos of him kissing his colleague leaked on Reddit. In a statement, they wrote: "As a result of a thorough internal review, we do not see a path forward together. We thank you for your support as we navigate this change."

Ned also released a statement, saying: "Family should have always been my priority, but I lost focus and had a consensual workplace relationship. I’m sorry for any pain that my actions may have caused to the guys and the fans but most of all to Ariel. The only thing that matters right now is my marriage and my children."

Now, The Try Guys have released their first official video without Ned and fans are praising the "angry and emotional" clip.

In the video, Zach states: "We immediately removed Ned from work activities, and engaged an HR professional to conduct a thorough review of the facts. We also opted to remove Ned from our releases, pending results of that review. That’s included removing his section from videos, digitally removing him from others and choosing not to feature him in our merch throws."

Zach continues to explain that some videos involving Ned will no longer be released. He said: "There are several videos that we’ve deemed as fully unreleasable. You will never see them and that is due to his involvement. That’s a decision that cost us lots of money. We will not be able to recoup that money, but it’s a decision we stand by proudly."

As for why they waited to post a video, Keith says: "There are real people who have been affected and, while we consider this a company matter, there’s a family at the centre of this".

Eugene adds: "We are obviously incredibly shocked and deeply hurt by all of this. This is someone who we built a brand and a company with for eight years... We feel saddened, not just personally, but on behalf of our staff and our fans who believed in us."

Meanwhile, Zach ends the video by saying: "I don’t know that we’ll ever be able to fully articulate the pain we feel at this moment. It’s hard to rewatch old videos that we love and we’re proud of. We’re losing a friend."

what happened.

It is clear in the video that all three members of the group are angry and emotional, and fans have been praising the group for their candour and grace. One person tweeted: "the try guys video broke my heart. eugene is so angry and hurt you can see from his posture n voice, zach is so so heartbroken n keith just keeping it together calmly. [sic]"

Another fan wrote: "you can tell right away how deeply affected eugene, zach and keith are just watching the video they've uploaded minutes ago...i'm angry and sad because it's also THEIR life's work what ned is putting at risk with his bullshit. everything is really fucked up. #tryguys"

Following the original news of Ned's cheating, Ned's wife Ariel Fulmer released a statement in which she asked for privacy. Ariel wrote: "Thanks to everyone who has reached out to me — it means a lot. Nothing is more important to me and Ned than our family, and all we request right now is that you respect our privacy for the sake of our kids."
