#SquadGoals have never been this senior.

It's the end of the week, and no doubt a lot of us need some feel-good randomness to wind down over the weekend. Well, allow us to introduce "KBG84": A.K.A 33 elderly Japanese women in a field, A.K.A your new favourite pop group.

Originating from Kohima Island in Okinawa, KBG84's members are all aged 80+ (the eldest being 97), and are just here to jam out and have some fun and make you feel good. I mean honestly, what other artist right now just wants to sing about "whales in the sea spouting or dolphins doing somersaults"? Not bloody angsty Sam Smith, I'll tell you that.

So join in with the grannies below as they hit you with the instantly catchy J-Pop single "Come On And Dance". Come on, do it. Respect your elders.
