Watch the new video for "Lonesome Street" that has got the Oasis singer swallowing his pride.
The world is changed. I can feel it in the water. I feel it in the earth. I smell it in the air. I read it on Liam Gallagher's Twitter.
It seems as though the ultimate clash of 90's Britpop titans has come to a tender end, as in an unexpected twist, former Oasis frontman Liam has admitted he likes Blur's new single. Not only that, he named it "song of the year". Not only THAT, he did it publicly.

The two bands have been bitter rivals since the mid-90's, after their constant clashes in the charts turned into less than pleasant word slinging. Just as well there was no Twitter back then or it would have been an epic flame war.
While Oasis are still indefinitely split up, Blur reformed recently to release The Magic Whip, their first studio album in 12 years. Currently the album is sitting at No.1 in the UK, which maaaay have been part of the cause for Liam to swallow his pride and admit that his rivals are actually pretty good.
