In the great saga of the high school experience, teachers are often made out to be the villains. Most of them are not, but some of them are just straight up heroes.
California Psychology teacher Brett Phillips gave his students a list of '101 Ways To Cope With Stress'. One student, Alina Ramirez shared the tips online and people can't believe how helpful they are.

Some stand outs include "watch a movie and eat popcorn", "ask someone to be your vent partner", and "prepare for the morning the night before".
People rarely realize how much pressure students are under. Being stressed out and coping with exams and life's anxieties can really take its toll, which is why people are absolutely in love with this list.
