Lion Babe debuted the track on Annie Mac's Hottest Record.

Our favourite hair-rific act, Lion Babe debuted a track last night on Annie Mac's Hottest Record. The BBC Radio 1 host spoke to Jillian Hervey and Lucas Goodman, (the pair behind Lion Babe) and debuted their newest effort, "Wonder Woman", on the programme.

The Pharrell Williams produced track is sparse, admittedly, but wins as a bass led—occasionally funky—post N.E.R.D. release. Although the track sounds different to their other work, Jillian mentions that she has worked closely with "mentor" Pharrell, which could explain the key differences in the sound.

Jillian Hervey's voice is uniquely suited to the genre and gains immensely from the uncluttered backdrop of the track.
