Your Doof Warrior career goals just got a tiny bit more real.

For those of us who have seen Mad Max: Fury Road, we can all agree two things:

  1. It's full of some colourful, progressive and breakthrough characters the likes of which we have rarely seen in any action movie.
  2. THIS THING IS F**KING AMAZING:

So yes, of course we all want our very own flamethrower guitar hooked up to a truck made 95% of speakers. There's no logic to it. There's no use for it. Yet we need it.

But chances are you're less of a Doof Warrior and more of a normal present-day human; though that didn't stop Caleb from DIY channel "Make:". ENTER FLAMETHROWER UKULELE.

"I don't live in a post-apocalyptic desert, I live in the Mid-West", explains Caleb. "So I had to take it down a notch." But not by much, apparently. Using easily obtained DIY supplies and an average run-of-the-mill ukulele, Caleb has single-handedly given your quirky indie song covers a much-needed post-apocalyptic upgrade.

We won't waste any more time; watch the flamethrower uke in action below, as well as Caleb's how-to guide for making your own (but for the love of God, please don't burn your eyebrows off).
