Meek Mill Almost Certainly Wishes He Had Written "Energy"

So much so that there is a new music video out for it.
We like Meek Mill. Don't get us wrong. We may be Drake stans but we're willing to break bread with anyone Nicki Minaj adjacent. That being said, Meek Mill has a new music video out for "Energy" and we don't know how to feel about it.
Last week we felt some type of way about the fact that a remix even existed. This week, that remix has been set alongside moving imagery and this whole thing has officially spiralled.
"Energy" is, of course, a track from Drake's most recent If You're Reading This It's Too Late.
This makes things awkward because Drake loves Nicki but Nicki loves Meek. In the spirit of sportsmanship, we're assuming that Drake graciously granted Meek Mill permission to remix "Energy". Did Drake think Meek Mill would go so far as to release a music video for it?
Probably not.
That's a lot of effort for a song that you didn't even originally write.
