There's actually a really meaningful message behind Ariana and Pete's latest matching tattoos.

Sound the alarms, call your parents, alert the church elders because Ariana Grande just got another new tattoo. From the recent 'H2GKMO' ink to the touching tribute to the victims of the Manchester attack, all of Ariana's tattoos have meaningful stories behind them and her most recent one is no exception.

On of her many outings in New York City, fans noticed that Ariana has the number '8418' tattooed on the top of her left foot. If you're well versed in Pete Davidson's tattoos, you'll also know he has the same number inked on his left arm and has had it for several years.

The number is actually a tribute to Pete's late father Scott Davidson. Scott was a firefighter with the FDNY who sadly died saving lives in the Sept. 11, 2001 attacks. As reported by E! News, '8418' was his badge number.

Fans are also speculating the number might also be a hint at the date of their upcoming wedding... August 4th, 2018 = 8/4/18 (if you're American), which would be a nice tribute to Pete's late father.

This now marks their fourth matching tattoo - they've both got a cloud, the phrase 'H2GKMO', the word 'Reborn' and now the tribute to Pete's dad. Pete also has two other tattoos inspired by Ariana - her initials on his thumb and the Dangerous Woman ears behind his ear.

And they're showing no signs of stopping. ✌️
