THIS IS NOT A DRILL
Ariana Grande has confirmed that she will be releasing her long-awaited new single, 'No Tears Left To Cry', on April 20. It will be the first new music taken from Ariana's as-yet-untitled new album, the follow up to 2016's Dangerous Woman.
UPDATE (April 19): Ariana has shared a preview of 'No Tears Left To Cry'. Listen below:
Ariana also shared the single artwork on her Twitter (April 19):

Grande sent three tweets last night (April 18). The first tweet was a tear-drop emoji (which totally reminded us of Rihanna's red balloon emoji usage circa the ANTI era), then a message to her fans that she "missed you" and, finally, the words '4.20 no tears left to cry' upside down.

Screaming.
Ariana started teasing fans about #AG4 earlier this month. Last week (April 11) she wore a shirt with the phrase 'no tears left to cry' on a trip to Disney World. This is the same tactic she used when announcing Dangerous Woman. Then she posted, and quickly deleted, an image which confirmed the name of the song.
Her website has also turned black in anticipation of the new era.

Why is she like this?
Even her boyfriend, rapper Mac Miller, got involved in the hype.

So what do we think the song will sound like?
The title sounds like an emotional ballad which, we're not going to lie, could be epic. Saying that, we'd definitely prefer a big Ariana banger like 'One Last Time'. Perhaps they're trying to trick us? Let's hope it's that.
As for the music video, it is likely this will drop around the same time. Dave Meyers, who directed Kendrick Lamar's award winning 'Humble' video, as well as the video for Ariana's duet with John Legend for the Beauty and the Beast soundtrack, posted on his Instagram the new song title, so we're 99.999% sure he'll be in charge of the visuals. Basically, it's going to blow your balls off.
Yaaaassss!
