Billie Eilish has a mullet now and she highkey pulls it off

Billie showed off her new mullet and the daring cut looks incredible on the singer.

During her short time in the public eye, Billie Eilish has rocked a myriad of hair colours and hairstyles. Even her dress sense is so unique that it inspired some of 2019's most popular Halloween looks. We've been obsessed with her bold green hair since she debuted it over the summer and now she is rocking a new daring cut. Billie Eilish just got a mullet and managed to pull off one of the most maligned haircuts of all time.

Mullets are famously the "business in the front, party in the back" hairstyle. You've seen it on Billy Ray Cyrus in the 90s, John Stamos, and even on Zendaya, who wore a version of the hairstyle to the Grammy Awards in 2016.

Billie showed off the cut on Instagram after thanking Gucci for having her at the 2019 LACMA Art + Film Gala on November 2. The singer shared a profile shot of herself where you can see that her hair is short on top and in the front and longer in the back.

Billie previously had longer layers in her hair and has even rocked up an up-do during many of her recent performances.

"When Billie Eilish gets a mullet, it's 'cool and stylish', When I had one, I 'looked like my mom,'" tweeted one fan.

"We have to hand it to her, billie eilish is killing this look," raved another.

So, we're not fully sure that traditional mullets are making a comeback, but Billie's take on the hairstyle is definitely a moment.

It's a look, it's a vibe, it's... the reference picture we're showing our hairdressers next time we're at the salon.
