"I understand that she was disrespectful but it doesn’t give you the right to fat-shame her."

If you've ever had the pleasure of watching Love & Hip-Hop: NY, you'll probably know that Cardi B isn't one to go up against. When it comes to the internet and real-life trolls, the 'Press' rapper just can't hold her tongue. However, now she's receiving backlash for her quick-witted comments on Twitter.

Basically, it all started when an Instagram user threw shade at Cardi, calling her a "joke" for having help writing her songs. They added: "Stick to the movies love." The Hustlers star then responded beneath the post, commenting: "Aw. Stick to your diet."

People then accused Cardi of being "fatphobic".

However, others defended Cardi's clapback.

In response to the backlash, Cardi posted a string of tweets about the constant trolling she receives.

"So she can continuously leave hate comments on my page and on dm but asoon as I tell her to stick to her diet which she claim she was on I’m fatphobic ?" she tweeted. "Wtf is a fatphobic? LMAO! Lucky I ain’t said worst. Matter fact eat a dick! [sic]"

She added: "People are so soft now and days. How ya going to survive a lunch table [sic]?"

Cardi then went on to give more examples of how she's constantly being harassed about her personal life, and the fact that her husband Offset cheated on her.

She continued: "That was so corny like people be leaving cheating jokes all the time (some make me laugh )but this was sooo corny and then you had the nerve to put a moon like you said something. You kicked out off the lunch table .NEXT [sic]!"
