Demi Lovato has a new neck tattoo of the word "survivor". Her boyfriend Austin G Wilson also got a tattoo from Doctor Woo, the artist who inked Demi.
Demi Lovato has a new neck tattoo and it says "survivor". The singer and actress added some brand new ink to her growing collection which, at present, includes a lion on her hand and a flock of birds flying on her forearm. Most recently, Demi had the word "survivor" tattooed on her neck in fine, thin script.

Tattoo artist Doctor Woo posted Demi Lovato's neck tattoo this week (December 17) with the caption "on a real one".
People flooded the comments of Doctor Woo's post to compliment the new tattoo. Demi has yet to acknowledge or explain the new ink, herself, but she could very well open up about it in the future.
Demi's boyfriend, Austin G Wilson also shared an Instagram photo of himself getting tattooed by Doctor Woo. Austin didn't reveal what his own new inking was.
Could Demi Lovato's 'survivor' neck tattoo be a reference to her "journey with addiction"? Late last year, Demi wrote on Instagram that she was focusing on her "sobriety and road to recovery" after a reported overdose. Demi's new tattoo comes a year after the incident.
“I have always been transparent about my journey with addiction. What I’ve learned is that this illness is not something that disappears or fades with time It is something I must continue to overcome and have not done yet,” Demi wrote in a now-deleted post shared in late 2018.
