Tumblr Just Revealed Their Most Popular Music Acts Of 2016...

Which bands, artists and albums were you talking about most this year?
Tumblr has revealed it's annual 'Fandometrics' list of the most blogged about artists of 2016 and a lot of our faves are right up the top of the list!
Tumblr's most talked about band were 5SOS, topping the rankings for the second year in a row, having spent the majority of 2016 touring in support of second album Sounds Good, Feels Good.

But close behind at number 2 were Twenty One Pilots, up one place from last year after the continued success of Blurryface and huge release of 'Heathens'. The 1975 moved up four places to the number 5 spot, while Fall Out Boy and Panic! both slipped slightly to number 6 and number 9 respectively.
Beyoncé's Lemonade was the most talked about album with Twenty One Pilots scoring two positions on the list, Blurryface coming in at number 2 and Vessel at number 9.

Troye Sivan's Blue Neighbourhood took the number 3 spot on the albums list and was the number 6th most talked about solo artist, ahead of Halsey at number 7 and Lana Del Rey at number 10.
And My Chemical Romance continue to be discussed at length, ranking as the 8th most blogged band with Danger Days coming in as the 20th most blogged about album.
