"I’m not working out to have your ideal body type – I’m working out to have my ideal body type. And you know what type that is? None of your f*cking business."

In case you haven't realised by now, Lizzo is the reigning Queen of TikTok. The Grammy-winning artist has been killing the game on the social media platform for months now and her latest video where she claps back at body shamers is going viral.

For those not following Lizzo on TikTok, her entire account is iconic from start to finish. Whether it's dance videos, comedy sketches, educating her 7 million followers on the importance of voting or spreading body positive messages, Lizzo is doing it all.

“Hey, so I've been working out consistently for the last five years," Lizzo says in the video. "It may come as a surprise to some of y’all that I’m not working out to have your ideal body type — I’m working out to have my ideal body type.”

“And you know what type that is? None of your f*cking business, because I am beautiful, I am strong, I do my job and I stay on my job."

She continues: "So next time you wanna come to somebody and judge them, whether they drink kale smoothies or eat McDonalds, or work out or not work out, how about you look at your own f*cking self and worry about your own god damn body. Because health is not just determined on what you look like on the outside. Health is also what happens on the inside. And a lot of y'all need to do a f*cking cleanse for your insides."

She ended the clip saying: "Namaste, have a great day."

Earlier this week, Lizzo also called out the TikTok users who tag her in comments underneath videos of other big girls on the app.

"Every time there is a big girl on this app, I find that people always put my name in the comments. And to the people who always be putting my name in the comments, THANK YOU," she said.

"Because you know what? If every time you see a big girl on this app, loving on herself and putting herself out there and being confident and loving her body, you think of me. Or you think she looks like me. B**ch, that is a what? Compliment."

Lizzo continued: "That means I’m out here doing what I’m supposed to be doing. Letting you bitches know that next time you try to make fun of a woman for her body, or her size, that bitch we out here and we don’t give a f*ck. We’re bad b**ches and we’re confident and we’re cover stars and, yeah, we get the motherf*ckin' views, the likes, and the motherf*ckin' clicks because we it."

"So, thanks. And to all the big girls, I see you. Keep putting my name in the comments."
