Selena has got us straight in the feels with this one.

Good news! Selena Gomez has released a new single. Even better news - it's actually really fucking good.

The singer, actress and executive producer of 13 Reasons Why had been teasing her comeback track 'Bad Liar' on Instagram for a week by posting cryptic messages written in lipstick on a mirror. Last night, she posted this photo of her lying down in bed with a plaster on her arm and a wristband that said 'Risk' written around it.

The photo was taken by Petra Collins, who revealed that the wristband has a very personal connection to Selena.

Once fans saw the wristband they started asking about the meaning behind it. Petra responded to say that Selena had come to the photo shoot straight from the hospital, where she was being treated for her lupus.

As reported by Seventeen, in hospitals, a yellow bracelet is put on patients who are a fall risk. As the American Hospital Association's guidelines explain, "Yellow is a warning to slow down, pay attention and take special precautions. Nurses review patients all the time to determine if they need extra attention to prevent a fall. Sometimes a person may become weakened during an illness or because of surgery. When a patient has this coloured alert wristband, it says that this person needs to be assisted when walking or transferring to help prevent a fall."

We love Selena's new attitude. She's keeping it 100% real and not holding anything back when it comes to her personal battles. Oh, and we can't wait for the rest of the album either. Slay me with those whispery vocals bbz.
