Tyler and Josh were forced to cut a Moscow gig short this past weekend...
Twenty One Pilots were forced to cut a show short this weekend due to an alleged bomb threat at the venue.
The band were playing the latest date on the Emotional Roadshow European tour in Moscow on Saturday night (October 22nd) when the show was abruptly cancelled, with the band sending out a since-deleted tweet explaining the situation.
Moscow, that was such an amazing show. The police cut our set a couple songs short because of a bomb threat. We are safe. You be safe.

Footage on Periscope shows the confused crowd left restless as the band suddenly depart the stage without warning or announcement.
Fans took to social media to express their frustration:
i'm so mad someone did a fake bomb threat and ruined an opportunity for fans to hear the songs that saved them i'm actually livid

TWENTY ONE PILOTS SHOWS ARE MEANT TO BE A SAFE PLACE TO ESCAPE FOR A WHILE NOT A PLACE WHERE THERE ARE BOMB THREATS AND FANS ARE SCARED

We're safe. A bomb threat was someone's evil joke. #moscowroadshow

The reduced set meant that fan favourites like "Trees" went unaired on the night.
This is not the first time this year that the band have had to stop a show due to safety concerns, previously halting a radio show after Tyler climbed a tent's scaffolding and, most recently, pulling their Reading Festival show mid-set as fans mobbed Tyler during a crowd-surf.
Twenty One Pilots continue their tour as planned, returning to the UK for two London shows this November.
