It's coming, ready or not.

Ever since Apple acquired Beats and Beats Music earlier this year, there have been constant rumours circulating around what will be the next episode for the Dr Dre-fronted business.

Now we might be about to find out.

According to The Financial Times, Apple is planning to make Beats Music a pre-installed app on a future iPhone update.

That means that whether you want it or not, Beats Music might just be about to become your default streaming service.

Unlike many of its rivals, including Spotify, Beats Music is only available with a paid-subscription and is currently US-only.

But this potential development could make Beats Music as prominent in peoples' lives as the company's headphones.
