TØP & Panic! Are STILL Two Of The Biggest Selling Rock Abums Of 2017 (So Far)

Movie soundtracks, Imagine Dragons and more also feature on the list of the highest 2017 sellers so far.

Twenty One Pilots and Panic! At The Disco are among the big name artists included in the list of the biggest selling rock albums of 2017 in the US so far...despite the fact that their records came out ages ago!

We Heart It

Billboard reports that in the '2017 Mid-Year Top 10 Rock Albums (Based on Overall Equivalent Album Units)', TØP's 2015 record Blurryface came in second place with 451,000 units, beaten only by Metallica's latest release Hardwired… To Self-Destruct with 540,000. Plus, Tyler and Josh's 'Heathens' features on the number five album Suicide Squad: The Album with 303,000 equivalent units. Panic! At The Disco's Death Of A Bachelor, released last January, meanwhile came in at sixth place with 281,000.

Other records to perform well so far include the soundtrack to Guardians Of The Galaxy Volume II, Imagine Dragons, Linkin Park and Gorillaz. Plus, Twenty One Pilots and Panic! also performed well in other categories like individual rock track and YouTube streams.
