We love a cross-genre moment.

Ariana Grande's "No Tears Left To Cry" is the emotional summer 2018 banger that none of us did anything to deserve but are lucky to have. No one can resist the allure of the line, "I'm picking it up, picking it up, loving and leavin' so we turning' up," not even Patrick Stump.

Fall Out Boy stopped by Sirius XM to deliver an acoustic version of "No Tears Left To Cry" and it's definitely a mood. Patrick, who is known for his impressive vocals offered up a different take on the song which debuted at number 3 back in April.

The performance of "No Tears Left To Cry" starts at 0:46 below.

It's always a treat to hear bands take on different genres. Later in the interview, the band is asked what their favourite cover of a Fall Out Boy song they've heard was and they shouted out Akon's cover of "The Take Over, The Break's Over."

What do you guys think? Did Patrick nail his cover of Ariana Grande's "No Tears Left To Cry"?
