Oh no, not you too Kourtney!

Some might say Kim Kardashian is the Queen of Instagram and she knows just how to capitalise on that. Boasting a whopping 124 million followers, Kim is one of the most followed people in the world, so it's no surprise she uses her following to make some serious cash.

Kim was called out for plugging diet shakes on the gram. Meh, nothing new there. But now her older sister Kourtney Kardashian has jumped on the bandwagon too and people are dragging them both for filth.

Now this wouldn't be the first time Kim has promoted something crazy for a quick buck. Mrs West caught some heat last year for advertising appetite suppressant lollipops and she was quickly called out by The Good Place actress, Jameela Jamil. Jameela is big on body positivity and recently called out Cardi B for promoting "toxic" diet tea too.

Now we've kind of come to expect the shameless plugging from Kim, tbh. But Kourtney? The organic/gluten-free/dairy-free/taste-free health nut!?

First, Kim posted a photo to promote Flat Tummy Co., a company that makes meal replacement shakes. Showing off her taut abs in a doll-sized crop top, Kim held up the brown liquid in a shaker and pouted for the camera. Kourtney pretty much followed the same formula. Abs out? Check. Brandishing a drink that looks vile? Check. Pout on? Oh, of course.

People went off at the sisters' "disappointing" choice to promote the shakes for cash when they're both multi-millionaires (FYI, according to the Daily Mail, Flat Tummy Co. pays celebs $200,000 per promotional post), have personal trainers and carefully curated meals.

"Promoting this is so wrong. This isn't health and fitness, it's called promoting eating disorders, you have so many young girls and woman following you. This is everything I never want my daughter to see," one user wrote on Kim's page. "Irresponsible – shame on you!" another blasted.

The feedback in Kourtney's comment section wasn't much better either, with one fan writing: "Eat whole foods, not this crap toxic liquid! C'mon Kourt, you don't need their money." And another added: "This stuff is poison and promoting it is unethical."

It was more of the same on Twitter too.
