It's been a turbulent year for the Kardashians, but then again, when hasn't it been?
From Kim Kardashian getting her daughter North West take her topless photos (why?!) to her becoming a hilarious meme, it's actually tiring trying to keep up with the Kardashians. Oh, and that's in-between the three babies, a cheating scandal and huge Twitter moments. Whew, the gals have been busy.
You can't escape the Kardashian-Jenner clan even if you try, so we might as well dig up all the little moments that pissed everyone off and riled everyone up this year. Enjoy!
1) Tristan Thompson's cheating scandal
Tristan was busted with other women, just days before Khloe Kardashian was about to give birth to their daughter. The entire world was pretty pissed with him and he was dragged for filth all over the internet. Khloe took him back, though, and we got to watch all the drama unfold on KUWTK. Well, where else?!
2) Kylie Jenner's secret pregnancy

Right, we know Kylie wanted to keep her pregnancy to herself but she couldn't just put us out of our misery for a sec, huh? Kylie went into hibernation and kept us guessing for months and months. She eventually revealed she'd dropped a baby girl, Stormi, and her adorable YouTube video documenting her entire pregnancy was one of the most watched videos of the year.
3) Kim Kardashian comes for Kourtney Kardashian

Who knew Kim was this savage? The Kardashian head honcho called her sister the "least interesting to look at" when she refused to change her schedule to take their annual Christmas card photo. Of course, the internet went in on Kim while Kourtney was left sobbing.
4) Kim Kardashian and Kanye West name their baby Chicago
Kim and Kanye welcomed their third child in January via surrogate and everyone was waiting for the unusual baby name. Kim announced their baby girl would be called Chicago in tribute to Ye's hometown, but she'd be going by the name Chi, pronounced "Shy". Right… everyone had something to say about the choice and Kim even admitted she didn't like the name anymore. I mean, with North and Saint as siblings she was hardly going to be called Jane, was she?
5) Speaking of names, no-one liked Stormi either…
Kylie had nine whole months to think about a baby name and she came up with Stormi? "I didn't really like just Storm – I didn't feel like that was her name," Kylie told ES magazine. "So then it became Stormi. And it just stuck. " People thought the name was terrible and it didn't help that around that time porn star Stormy Daniels was constantly making headlines for allegedly sleeping with Donald Trump.
6) Kanye West awkwardly said he'd "smash" all the Kardashian sisters
This was just plain creepy. Kanye made some bizarre confessions about his fantasies with Kim's sisters in his single "XTCY". Ye dropped the track in August and it featured the lyrics, "You got sick thoughts? I got more of 'em / You got a sister-in-law you would smash? I got four of 'em." Oh, cool…
7) Kendall Jenner slating other models
Kendall managed to upset pretty much the entire modelling community with her comments about being "selective" when choosing her modelling jobs. "I was never one of those girls who would do, like, 30 shows a season or whatever the fuck those girls do," she told Love magazine. "More power to 'em. But I had a million jobs, not only catwalks but everything else." Well she offended a lot of models including Ashley Graham and Jac Jagaciak, which led her to say her words were "twisted". Yeah, sure, Kenny.
8) Kylie Jenner is going to be a billionaire
Kylie Cosmetics is earning Kylie some serious coinz. Earlier this year, Kylie covered Forbes magazine and shared how she built her impressive $900 million fortune in less than three years. Meanwhile we're annoyed and broke as hell.
9) Kanye West becomes BFFs with Donald Trump
Kanye has love for a lot of things but he was practically fan-girling over the US president. Kanye declared that he loved Trump and even started rocking a "Make America Great Again" hat, which was of course met with anger. He also went to the White House to speak with him and went off on a confusing tangent about Trump. However, he later changed his mind and said he was "used" to spread messages he didn't agree with and vowed to stay out of politics for good. Thank God.
10) Kanye West says slavery was a choice

Kanye declaring slavery was a "choice" only cemented the fact that he's now cancelled. "When you hear about slavery for 400 years, for 400 years? That sounds like a choice," he said during an interview with TMZ. Yep, Black people were shipped from Africa to the US and sold as slaves for hundreds of years but they could have just said no if they chose to. Thanks Kanye. Understandably, there was a lot of backlash and he later apologised. Kim even defended him too. A whole mess.

Kanye's Twitter fingers got a good workout in 2018. In December, Kanye headed on the site to tear into Drake over their ongoing feud. "There would never be a Drake without a Kanye," he tweeted. Somehow, Ariana then got involved and it ignited a messy argument about mental health.

A fierce walk is the hallmark of any top model, but Kendall was criticised for her lacklustre skulk down the runway. In November, Kendall walked in the Victoria's Secret Fashion Show for the third time but her lack of energy attracted major attention. People even turned it into a meme. Oh, the internet is not forgiving.
13) Kim and Khloe Kardashian saying "retarded"
In July, Khloe was called out for dropping the R-word in an Instagram video. Khloe later apologised on Twitter after she was pulled up on it by fans. However, Kim hadn't learned from her baby sis because a few months later in November, she said the same when people didn't recognise her Pamela Anderson costume.
14) Kim Kardashian and Kanye West take a huge plane for no reason
We know the Kardashians are rich but this is next level. The couple posted a video of themselves taking a private Boeing 747. While some of her fans were green with envy that she was living the life of luxury, others found their lack of consideration for the environment sickening.
15) Khloe Kardashian casually throwing around "anorexic"
Khloe caught some heat after praising her sister Kim's weight loss and calling her "anorexic". She also joked about Kim only eating celery and oxygen to stay slim. People thought making light of such a serious eating disorder was "thoughtless" and blasted her for further perpetuating the idea that skinny means beautiful.
16) Kendall Jenner is named model of the year
Kendall was named the highest-paid model in the world for the second year in a row. According to Forbes, she earned $22.5 million in just 12 months, beating her BFF's Bella and Gigi Hadid. People were salty that she'd claimed the title yet again, especially after THAT Victoria's Secret walk.
17) Kim Kardashian's "Bo Derek" braids
Kim has been at the centre of many arguments on cultural appropriation so you'd think by 2018 she would have learnt her lesson. Well, apparently not. People were quick to correct Kim when she posted a photo of herself wearing "Bo Derek" braids and not their actual name, Fulani braids. With the style's origins rooted in West Africa, everyone was pissed that she failed to acknowledge it.

Khloe is very particular about how she arranges her cookies and pantry. Apparently, Khloe's anal approach to organisation means she has "Khlo-CD", get it? It's like OCD, the serious mental illness, but with a Khloe spin. While she's been doing these videos since 2015, it really pissed people off in 2018. Khloe stood accused of strengthening the notion that OCD is just about cleanliness and building her brand on a debilitating mental condition instead of using her platform effectively, and bringing attention to it.
19) Kim Kardashian promoting appetite suppressant lollipops
You know the Kardashians are all about the cash so when Kim promoted an appetite suppressant lollipop we were hardly surprised. People were concerned that Kim was influencing young women to buy these gimmicky products and encouraging people to starve.
