If People Left Parties Like They Leave Facebook

By Liam Dryden

Sometimes it's okay to just... leave.

If you've been using Facebook long enough, you'll probably have witnessed at least one of these three things:

  1. Someone from your hometown having a child.
  2. Someone pasting that "right to privacy" statement that actually means nothing.
  3. Someone making a grand announcement that they're leaving Facebook.

If you can imagine any of these things happening in a real-world context, they sound ridiculous enough, but College Humor went one step further and showed us just what would happen if you decided to leave a party the way that some people decide to leave Facebook - with a big ol' obnoxious and condescending announcement.

It's got all the great hallmarks of that awful post you're likely to scroll past, like complaints of privacy, talking about that even better Twitter-party, and just a general feeling that they're better and above it all. Check it out below and be grateful you're not friends with this guy
