Kinne - the No-Rhyme Rap

Rhymes in modern hip-hop have become a lot more lenient - but what happens when you take them out altogether?

Australian comedian Troy Kinne penned this hilarious rhymeless rap, and it's driving us up the wall.

Kinne says "these days, lyrics in rap songs don't have to technically rhyme". Then he pushes that to its greatest limits with a song that doesn't rhyme, AT ALL, and it feels a little bit like being pranked by your friends over and over again.

The frustration of having a constant set-up for a rhyme, only for a complete lack of pay-off, will make you realise just how dependent we are on a certain formula for song-writing. It's hilarious, it's agonising, and we can't stop watching it.
