Isreali DJ Shahaf Moran has developed a following online from creating remixes of Ariana Grande, Beyoncé and even Maroon 5 - and for his latest production, his attention has turned to an unlikely artist.
Jennifer Lawrence captivated fans and regular audience members alike with her rendition of "The Hanging Tree" in The Hunger Games: Mockingjay - Part 1. And now Moran has given the song a bit of an EDM re-imagination.
It starts off a little rocky - it's weird for the vocals to be sped up so noticeably - but when the crowd vocals kick in everything gets nice and grand. Keep this bookmarked if you ever need music to dance to during your own little revolutions.
"The Hanging Tree" was originally written by author Suzanne Collins and adapted for film by The Lumineers. It starts off in the film as a quiet folk song that Katniss (played by Jennifer Lawrence) sings wistfully - and it quickly becomes a haunting marching ballad for the Panem revolution.
J-Law's rendition was so popular that it was shortly released as a single, sold separately from the official soundtrack (curated by Lorde) - where it immediately reached Number One on the iTunes singles chart.
