"Poetweet" is an amazing new site to turn tweets into poems, and also translate what the heck Jaden Smith is even saying.

Because we're constantly looking for distractions from work at PopBuzz HQ, we stumbled upon an excellent new site that will turn your inane Twitter ramblings into something creative.

Poetweet - PopBuzz

Poetweet allows you to enter literally any Twitter username, and select a style of poem (your options are Sonnet, Rondel and Indriso - sadly there's no "Limerick" available). The site will pull extracts from some of your recent Tweets and turn them into a beautiful poem. They even rhyme! Mostly.

We decided the best use of this genius was to put some of our favourite (and some less favourite) celeb Twitter users through the generator and see how their poetry reads. The results may shock you...

Tay proudly writes her own music and manages her own social media. But what happens when you combine the two? Turns out it's a weird mix of cute stuff and promo for her new album. Do hashtags have a place in poetry?

An Indriso by Patrick Stump (@PatrickStump)

Fall Out Boy's vocalist has written some pretty iconic lines, but do his chirpy Tweets match up to the same standard?

In the hours we've been playing with this site, this one might honestly make the most sense. Nice work Stump.

A Rondel By Ezra Koenig (@arzE)

Ezra Koenig

The Vampire Weekend frontman is constantly toeing the line between normal celebrity and absurd Twitter nutcase. His poetry reflects that preeeetty clearly in this epic story about a drunken laser show in Columbia or something.

An Indriso by Iggy Azalea (@IGGYAZALEA)

Whiney mayonnaise rapper Iggy is gaining notoriety for her Twitter-angst. Hopefully we can turn it into something beautiful...

Well, we tried. It still sounds better than anything she has ever released.

A Sonnet by Jaden Smith (@officialjaden)

This site could be what we've needed all this time. Could it be that we can finally translate Jaden's incoherent ramblings into something tangible?

...wow. We've actually done it. Sort of.

A Rondel by Anna Kendrick (AnnaKendrick47)

Anna notoriously never holds back from Tweeting her exact train of thought, no matter how derailed it is. As a poem, it becomes a contemporary commentary on Hollywood culture.

And because we couldn't help ourselves...

An Indriso by PopBuzz (@PopBuzz)

Because it wouldn't be fair if we didn't put our own Twitter through the wringer as well, right?

...aaaand that's basically PopBuzz in a nutshell.

Check out the Poetweet website and have a play. WARNING: It is very addictive.
